Lidded bowl in warm green

I made this lidded bowl with gentleness in mind, a shape that gives and contains without asking for anything in return. I decorated the lid and the bowl spotaneously using a wooden stick dipped in iron wash and gently rolling it here and there. 

It is large enough to keep garlic or ginger in the kitchen and still not to large for a generous salt cellar. It is also open to other keeping purposes.
